Rules of the cabinet

1. Who keeps this cabinet

These terms govern your use of wunderkammerlane.com ("Wunderkammer Lane", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of wunderkammerlane.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may pass the door

Wunderkammer Lane is meant solely for visitors aged 18 or over, and using it confirms you are 18 or over.

3. Coins behind the glass

• Every room is played with virtual coins that Erasmus hands out free of charge.
• Coins are not money, credit or property, and carry no monetary value wherever they sit in the cabinet.
• No coin may ever be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the cabinet has no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is set out in any case.
• Erasmus may rearrange or reset coins, levels and features at any time, as a curator rearranges his cases.

4. No gambling for real money in the cabinet

Wunderkammer Lane does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and no link on it leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your account card

• Beyond the open star dome, the pier carousel and the puppet stage need a free account. One account per person, and it is not to be shared.
• Your password stays in your own waistcoat pocket. If someone else has been into your account, tell us at once.
• Your account page has a delete button that works at any moment. Deletion is immediate, and nothing deleted can be brought back.
• An account turned against the site, or one Erasmus believes belongs to a person under 18, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are fixtures of the account, not property of yours, and may be reset.

6. Behaving in the cabinet

Do not tamper with the site or set automated tools on it, do not offer coins in trade, and keep anyone under 18 away from it.

7. Availability, mishaps and liability

The site comes “as is”: Erasmus may alter any room of it, or close any part. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms cannot limit a liability that the law says must not be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Law that governs the cabinet

The law of England and Wales governs these rules of the cabinet.
