Moonwave Matinee

In the back room of the cabinet, painted clouds, a crescent moon and a turreted castle are lowered on ropes over cardboard waves while a crowned marionette swan glides across the stage. Winning symbols are hauled away, new scenery drops in and each fresh drop pays more.

About this world

Moonwave Matinee

Moonwave Matinee plays on the puppet stage behind a burgundy curtain at the back of the cabinet, the boldest world on the lane. Winning scenery is hauled up into the fly loft, pieces above slide down and fresh flats are lowered in, so one spin can keep rolling as the multiplier climbs to x5. Most of the value rests on the Turret Flat and the Swan Queen, so long hushed scenes are part of the show. The Flyrope Pulley wild covers everything except the Curtain Tassel. A trio of tassels opens a ten-spin free performance, each win doubled before any drop multiplier; four tassels give fifteen and five give twenty-five.

Scene Drop. Winning scenery is winched off stage, pieces overhead slide down and new flats are lowered into the gaps; the first win counts x1, the second and third drops x2 and x3, and each further drop x5. Curtain Tassels always stay put.

The honest part

Coins in the cabinet, nothing else

Each room here spins on free virtual coins alone. None of it is real-money gambling, no win has real-world value, and there are no in-app purchases. A random number generator settles every result, and no spin sways the next.

Measured by running this page's own engine for 10,000,000 spins: coin RTP 96.6%, hit frequency 33.5%, free spins about once in 131 spins, a win of 10x your stake or more about once in 76 spins. Coin figures only — no money is staked or returned.

How to play

Moonwave Matinee in three steps

1

Sign in, slip behind the burgundy curtain to the puppet stage and set a stake.

2

Spin. Winning scenery is winched up and fresh flats come down; the opening win counts once, the second and third drops count double and treble, and from the fourth drop onward each win is worth five times.

3

Three Curtain Tassels anywhere bring ten free spins, in which a win is first doubled and then multiplied by its drop; four tassels bring fifteen and five bring twenty-five.

Who it suits

Patient theatregoers happy to sit through a quiet scene for the odd long run of falling scenery.

What to expect

The widest swings on the lane. The Turret Flat and Swan Queen carry much of the value, so big moments tend to come in bunches.

Questions

About Moonwave Matinee

No. Tassels hang on while the winning flats round them are winched away.

Each free-round win is doubled, and the drop that produced it then multiplies the result again.

Of the three rooms it swings hardest, with the castle flat and the swan holding most of the value; each spin stands alone and nothing is held in reserve.

At the top of the spiral stair, a brass telescope points through an open dome of stars while Ticktock, Erasmus's clockwork owl, keeps watch from a stack of globes. Anyone may spin here without signing up, and an empty paid spin leaves every Moonscope Badge right where it landed.

Where the lane runs out at the seafront, a pastel carousel turns on the pier in the afternoon sun, mint horses rising under pink pennants while gulls wheel overhead. Every win in its free round is paid twice.

Wunderkammer Lane opens its door to adults of 18 and over, and to no one younger.
